some new things in store

My crazy little brain is always having hair-brain ideas. Can't help it. Sometimes I have reel myself back in. In prep for the holiday season and the joy of stocking stuffers and gifts, I am introducing a few new items.

You have seen our wristlet keychains. More to keychains to come in the next few weeks.

Now we have these sweet stretchy headbands. They are made with a soft stretch ribbon and can be layered or worn individually.

They function as a normal hair tie, headband, and when not in use look cute on your wrist.

yay for the coming holiday season. not that i am not presently loving fall. but yay.

happy friday y'all

new shop + new items

If you haven't seen on instagr.am, I just have a new item hot off the presses that I am really excited about. I have been starting to expand to more than just button jewelry and have really enjoyed sewing lately.

This item, I also enjoy because it is personally helpful to me to have a wristlet for my keys. I always find myself shoving my keys in my pockets because I am holding groceries or a baby or something else. Having the wristlet keychain, has been a big help me.

So there's my shameless plug. And here's the cute keychains with four adorable options!
find them here on my site + soon at b.original in virginia

In other exciting news, One Delightful Button is in our first Massachusetts shop. We are still in Virginia Beach in B. Original and a few last things still in Kitsch in Norfolk. Plum is a new adorable consignment shop in Beverly that opened this summer. Pictured is the outside of the shop. I was initially drawn to the awesome logo. It does not look like a typical consignment shop - it is stunning.

If you are local, please check out Plum Consignment. So cute.

Anyways...it's Saturday morning. The boys are sleeping (thank you Lord!) and I have business work to do this weekend, so back to my coffee and my projects.

xo.

Christmas Card Wreath

I got this idea from an old Martha Stewart magazine this season. It is a Christmas card wreath. It was super easy - I just wish we would get more Christmas cards so I can fill it up!

Here's how you do it...

Need
  • Embroidery Circle
  • Clothes pins
  • Strong glue (I used Aileen's Craft Glue)
  • Ribbon
Directions
  1. Spread out your clothespins facing alternating directions evenly around the circle
  2. Glue them into place & let dry for however long it requires
  3. Tie up nicely with a fun ribbon
I feel like I didn't need to type that out it was so easy. Seriously. I don't normally have it sitting in the window, but my house is a mess with renovations & I wanted it in the sunlight...So there is it.
