preacher cookies...another favorite...i can claim they are semi-healthy too...(peanut butter & oats...right?) i used this recipe.

some people call them no bakes, but my aunt robyn called them preacher cookies because if you see the preacher coming down the road to visit you, you can cook them up real quick. i cannot imagine that i would have enough time to cook these if that did ever happen, but i like the name.
p.s. they are a little gooey and messy. i might not have hit the nail on the head with this one, but i may not hav boiled them long enough.
i just made these last night and thought of you! in fact, i'd written the recipe down as "cankles' preacher cookie!" xoxo
